Q: Is this ok to use on natural white/grey hair?

It says on the back of the bottle to rinse for an extra 5 minutes if you're gray, but I find it still gives my gray hair a tinge of orange even after a long rinse. I recommend getting a purple shampoo to compliment this one. This stuff just works so well on dry and itchy scalp.

Q: Can this be used on colored hair?

I used on hennaed hair and it stripped some of it out of my hair which has never happened before using this BUT i have dry coarse hair and this was actually not too hard on my hair itself- my curls were actually happy and hydrated

Q: So in the picture it shows one is shampoo and one is conditioner, when products arrived neither say shampoo or conditioner. Are they both conditioner?

If you can, enlarge the picture that you were looking at. On the front of the product you will see under the head and shoulders logo you will see the word shampoo. You will find the word conditioner in the same spot on the conditioner tube.

Q: is this shampoo discontinued?
