Q: Folks, is it comfortable for baby boys? or their own weight will give them discomfort around the underwear?

My 2 year old son loves this thing and it made him love the pool. Once he got this he started jumping off the diving board and everything - before he would barely get in the pool - it’s fitted enough at top that it’s kind of loose near the bottom for the bit of Freedom he needs there - we joke that he looks like Borat :)

Q: Does it work with a strap under it

This wonderful floatation device is basically a "onesie" with an inner tube attached. It's amazing & highly recommended. No way baby can accidentally escape or fall out. Highly recommended!

Q: Is this made out of pvc?

No, it is an inflatable tube covered in fabric. However, I do not recommend this product because the Velcro strap is not strong enough and continually comes apart.
