These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.

After my hip replacement and femur fracture my leg ended up one inch shorter. These are amazing for adjusting to walking again. They are well made and easy to use. I love that they are adjustable to what an individual needs.

Im a foot size 12. The Large size was fine. No pain while wearing. Going from 6’0 to 6’1 will seem to be it for me sadly!😔😔

Pretty simple to figure out how to increase the size with the extra inserts. Wore them to a several day event where I was on my feet for over 14 hours each day. The height increase is very nice but the more height you add the more comfort you lose. I got cramps in the middle of my feet. The end of the insert does not reach all the way to the end of your toes, meaning you will be able to feel it drag along your toes as you walk. That was not comfortable. These are more about increasing height than comfort. If that is what you are looking for, go for it.
