It’s really good product. It’s a must buy for people with joint difficulties especially for elderly people. One thing they don’t understand or do t know is that you need to drink everyday for 3 months so that you have start to have an effect not only with this product but with anything else. Will buy again as it help my ankles from an injury.

Not sure if i see the benefit be honest.Too sweet and it has added sugar and aromas.I am not sure if helped me so far i am on second box and purchased 3 boxes. I think waste of money
