I really like this stuff; tastes like nothing and mixes with protein shakes and pre-workouts well. It makes you feel hyper-hydrated, almost like when you have an IV hydrating you where your muscles almost feel like cool water is flowing through them. Hard to describe but if you've ever had an IV drip you will know.I have noticed improvements in endurance. I took this and went on a run and busted out my first quarter marathon in over 10 years, and I felt great. So if endurance is your problem, this product works. If you pair it with a preworkout like Amino Energy, it's REALLY potent.

Would highly recommend adding this to your pre workout mix, it will intensify your pumps & it improved the hell out of my endurance. Took it this morning for leg day and I was able to set PR's on squats and deadlifts (maxed at 315-350lbs each). My goodness I could have kept going but was on a strict time frame to do anymore. This is excellent stuff to keep muscles hydrated & it will improve your pumps. Stuff was like powdered sugar & mixed in very well. Deserves maxed out 5 stars for that, happy & safe lifting!

Takes a while to dissolve. Should’ve bought the liquid one instead. Doesn’t inconvenience me enough to return. Works as intended and taste great (watermelon)

amazing pumps at a reasonable price

*I have made multiple orders to Gorilla mind on there website and Amazon with no issues prior to this* I ordered a sleep aid as well as Glycerol pre workout. My packaged arrived and it looked like it had been run over by a motorcycle tire, when I opened my package there was pre workout powder all over the inside of the package but the lid was still on. The lid to the pre workout had the tamper proof seal already opened, at this point I was not willing to consume a product that has been tampered with. I looked at the invoice and realized the sleep aid was supposed to be in the same package, but it was completely missing. Long story short Gorilla mind took care of everything! I went directly to there website ( like is should have done in the first place) and ordered $400 worth of supplements, they have a protection package offered that ranges from penny's or in this case $9 that guarantees my package will arrive in proper condition. thank you Gorilla mind for your amazing supplements and taking care of Fedex's mistakes.

This is my go to glycerol powder. It doesn't taste like much at all, and it doesn't blend the greatest but it gets the job done .

I use this intra workout along with their preworkout and for me it's a very good combo. They clearly label their ingredients so you know what you're paying for. I don't mind paying a little more for a good quality product, but really their stuff doesn't cost any more than most competitors. This is the third time I've purchased the intra and pre and it's my go to. I tend to stay with a product that I find works well. It does keep my workout intensity noticeably higher and their preworkout does give a good pump during my workout and I've used other well known preworkout products (c4, c4 extreme, superpump, 5150) I'd consider theirs a step above.
