Q: Do you think that it's going to fit good for a 6,5 inch wrist?

Might be slightly big depending on your preference. Im a 6.75 in wrist and it fits great. I like 39mm or under. This watch was just too cool and too inexpensive to pass up though

China, delivered to the US in about 10 days

Purchased through Amazon, I believe they will handle the return. Yes, I do believe it goes back to China, though.

Q: Can someone tell me how to adjust the micro adjustments inside the clasp? I'm stumped. Thanks in advance for your help.

There is not the usual spring bar holes for micro-adjustments. However, the bracelet can be slightly enlarged or shortened. There is a mechanism similar to a diving extension on some dive watches. It won't give you that amount of room, but it has just enough to account for variances of wrist size during the time of the day or the season. There are several YT videos reviewing this watch that show how it operates. 👍🏻
