Hello! I checked the images for ingredients and do not see any caffeine listed. I definitely don't recall the product I bought having any coffee buzz only the flavor, which is artificial. I love that drink. I do not know why it says 30.

They contain milk protein concentrate and sugar. The "standard" version is often marketed as a meal replacement drink for diabetics, so I would *assume* fairly low sugar. Best bet is to check the label at the grocery for the style (e.g. regular, added fiber, etc) you're interested in.
