Q: Can you advise how to freeze them so they last longer than when kept refrigerated?

if I wanted to freeze them, i would take them out of the glass jar, put them in a freezer bag, and pop them in the freezer. I keep nuts in the freezer all the time, but I am not an expert.

Q: it says they only last 3 days in fridge is this accurate? i would want to keep them a few weeks

You can keep them in the fridge after opening for two weeks
