I quit using this product when I learned about one of the ingredients, maltodextrin, and of course there are the "corn syrup solids"????. We used to talk about low carb, but it makes more sense to look for low glycemic foods. Maltodextrin is up there with the high fructose corn syrup (category above cane sugar) on the glycemic index. So this is a very high glycemic product, i.e. it elevates blood sugar.
