Q: The prothera and klaire labs % daily value is different. kl is much higher. what did they add?

The new FDA labeling requirements include something called "Dietary Folate Equivalent" (DFE) - the same amount of "Active" folate is labeled at the higher "DFE" amount - the amount has not changed, the FDA labeling requirements have changed. This reflects the fact that "Active" folate is more bioavailable than dietary folate.

Q: Is the prothera or Klaire labs? Label is one and picture is the other.

I assume it’s pro theta lab but honestly I don’t know.

Q: does anyone know what these b-vitamins are made of ?
