Amazing! My little friend feels soft after every wash

I was really looking forward to receiving this, but unfortunately, it arrived in terrible condition. The item had a hole in it, causing the contents to leak all over the packaging and inside the box. Very disappointed with the quality control.

Product is damaged and leaked out to package and soaked other items in the package.
