Q: Is it Large enough for a 20lb turkey

A 20lb turkey would not fit on this grill. It has 155 square inches of cooking space and is big enough for approximately 4 steaks, 6 chicken breast,and 8 burgers.

Q: is the cooking grate meant to sit on the tabs or on fire bowl ?

The cooking grates are meant to sit on the tabs in the body and should not rest on the fire bowl.

Q: So the manual says one tool is needed and they provide it - 7/16 wrench......but, you get to the handle and the tool does not fit or work, what now?
