Seven-pad helmet liner minimizes helmet movement and holds helmet comfortably in place providing pain-free protection no matter how long it’s worn. Multiple-layer pad construction provides superior shock-absorption protecting head in case of blast. Compatible with mask, night vision goggles, shooting position. Keeps steady, comfortable temperature. Replacement, Upgrade or OEM equipment.
Cooler, drier, breathable; gas and air permeable. Constructed out of the highest quality foam and fabric materials, the Oregon Aero BLSS Kit Model 45 provides maximum comfort and stability. Fire-resistant foam; pads won’t melt or burn. Self-wicking fabric covering keeps head cool in warm climates and warm in cold climates. Routes perspiration and heat away, reduces sweat. Won’t cause skin irritation or itchiness.
Moisture and waterproof yet breathable coating keeps water and sweat out, air in. Advanced coating enables helmet to float in water-fording or amphibious condition (positively buoyant). Performance of pads not compromised when wet, waterproof tested to 66’ for 12 hours.
Durable four-point chin strap/harness and integrated nape pad provides maximum comfort and is adjustable so it can be used with various helmets and sizes.

The BLSS Kit (Ballistic Liner & Suspension System) Model 45 is designed to upgrade the ACH Helmet, LWH Helmet, MICH Helmet, RBR Helmet, Protech Helmet and other helmet models. The BLSS Kit Model 45 consists of the time-proven, highly engineered BLU Kit Helmet Pads and a custom-designed Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness and Integrated Nape Pad, offering a complete ballistic helmet upgrade kit. The ballistic liner includes seven flame resistant, shock-absorbing, pain-free helmet pads: one round crown pad, four oval pads and two trapezoid pads. The pads exceed current U.S. Army requirements. The adjustable Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness comes with an Integrated Nape Pad for optimal comfort and can be used with virtually any ballistic helmet. The Model 45 system design accommodates all non-PASGT helmets.

Great Product!!!
I purchased this helmet upgrade. It was really easy to install and I didn't have to make more holes in my helmet. So far it seems to be pretty comfortable. I would recommend
