Great turntable
This is my 7th turntable in the last 10 years. I use them just for listening music and not doing any DJ's staff, but decided to purchase an entry level DJ's turntable just to have a bit of experience with this kind of equipment. I'm impressed by the quality of the Reloop turntable. I made my choice mostly on the outlook and was a little bit afraid that it could have some noise generated from the direct drive motor as I have seen some videos online of such bitter experience with other popular branches turntables. This machines is absolutely silent. It keeps the speed perfect and operate as it must to. The sound quality is mostly dependable of the cartridge which in this case is the right one. Very good balance between the tonearm setup and the provided cartridge.Other positive for me feature is that this turntable has no integrated RIAA and has the popular Technics' shell connector that allows you to experiment with different setups. So, if you are not a professional, but fan of the vinyl records this turntable will give you an enthusiastic push forward. The only disadvantage for me is that I have to purchase the cover separately, but this is something that I knew when I pressed the submit button.

Turntable
Bought this to replace my faulty home turntable & was slightly miffed that it doesn't come with a dust cover.

Love this more than my project essential ii
Had been really struggling to choose a turntable to suit my needs. I wanted one I could leave at work and store easily. Be able to upgrade. Not have built in pre amp. And to look good. This ticked all the boxes and it sounds great. Fits in standard dj turntable case which can be locked and left at work.

Sadly unimpressed
I guess I was unlucky and got a faulty one . Sound appalling. I blamed everything apart from turn table . The amp ( bought new one ) , needle ( bought new one ) , speaker( new speakers bought ) , connections . New turntable bought ( didn't chance another RS ) and the sound is perfect . As I said at start , I prob just got a faulty one .

Ok, but not good at rumble dampening
Its ok for a turntable I guess, Not very much acoustic dampening, i bought it thinking with the metal top plate it should be quite good. Its poor at stoping the boom back u get from the deck when picking up the needle. But that aside its a good enough turntable for playing vinyls
