VERY poorly engineered product...serious safety risk!
There is no safety mechanism on the unit to prevent a small child from dispensing hot, scolding water. All that is necessary is for the child to push the dispensing lever and hot water will flow on to their hands and/or body. This is a VERY poorly engineered product. No information is given in their product description that addresses this very serious flaw. After receiving the product and observing the possibility of injury I tried to return the product however the seller has refused to cover the return cost. In spite of their refusal I returned the product and working with Amazon to refund the $81.43 UPS charge for the return.

Do not waste your money. Very poor quality, does not heat or cool water sufficiently and seller is very difficult to deal with.
