Should keep my new console in as new condition
This is a review of the JSAUX Dockable Case for Nintendo Switch 2. Which was priced at £22.99 at the time of posting this review. As the new Nintendo Switch 2 hasn’t been released yet I will restrict my review to the quality of this product. Should the fit prove to be a problem once I’ve received my new console I will come back and update this review. This case is in 3 parts, one of each of the joy cons, and a piece for the back of the console. I like that the joy con cases have a thicken piece at the rear bottom which should give better grip when using the console in handheld mode. The back of console case has all the right cutouts when comparing to images of the new console, including the kick stand.Overall, this appears to be well made and is a welcome accessory for keeping my new console in an as new condition.

Overall pretty decent quality and usability
Easy to attach to the console body and joycons; seems pretty secure. Fits nicely into the JSAUX "standard" hard-shell carry case. Comfortable to play with this case on, and looks alright (obviously subjective). It's a slightly snug fit into the dock, and a bit squeaky; could scuff up the edge of the case over time. The main downside that, because the case adds about 3mm extra thickness on the back of the joycons, you can not insert them into the joycon grip with the case attached.

Good case for the joycons.
Very comfortable to hold with a nice smooth finish. They fit the switch 2 joycon perfectly and click into place without scratching the shell or being hard to remove. The top part has a small catch which you unhook when you want to take the cover off. Very easy to do so with no risk of breaking the plastic on the case.I like the smooth tapered shape on the back that makes holding the console much more comfortable. A nice upgrade for my new console. Price is about right for the quality. Certainly recommended.

Harder plastic than i thought
The media could not be loaded. These open up to easily put in joy-cons, but they dont clip back together solidly enough and make noise moving about, can't test properly for 2 weeks, also the plastic cases are harder than i thought, noise and durability could be an issue with these.

Meh. It’ll do for the time being
**UPDATE** ( A review with the physical console in hand…unlike the majority here)DO NOT consider the reviewers who ‘reviewed’ this case without a console - in itself is sheer nonsense. This case DOES NOT work with the dock. It doesn’t fit. Makes some god awful scratching noises too when sliding it in, and won’t even. Go more than 75% in.The joy cons are a nightmare to get out of the shells too. This case is perhaps one of the worse cases I’ve had for any device. Which is a shock from Jsaux. As they’re a reputable brand of which I’ve had many cases from.My advice is steer well clear of this case for the time being. The flappy bottom screen section appears to rub against your device - which will cause scratching over time, it doesn’t work with the dock- despite advertising it does, the grips are grey NOT white as pictured and it’s an awful experience trying to remove the grips from the joy cons. This is getting returned. I’m so happy I’ve placed a kill switch order. At least that should work as intended.*****I’m disappointed with this caseThe reason behind this is that the bottom section of the body case is really loose and I’m somewhat concerned it’s actually going to scratch my console….time will tell. The grips are good and don’t seem to affect the button placement and they’re firmly on!Being honest I’m simply using this until my Killswitch case arrives. So for that purpose it’s fine. I don’t think I’d want this long term however

This is not the Switch 2 cover you’re looking for
I just fitted this on the Switch 2. I would advise getting something else given the choice. It fits ok. But aside from that I’m not a big fan:- the plastic shell for the Switch 2 is flimsy - particularly at the bottom where the stand comes out. I don’t see it providing any protection and it might break itself I think.- however, despite that, the added thickness is making my switch 2 awkward to dock- and overall the shiny clear plastic just feels cheap - a noticeable downgrade in your hand compared to the Switch uncovered.I’m not sure if I’ll keep it on. I think I may take it off and just look for an alternative.

Great quality from jsaux, will be brilliant for travel protection
This was nicely packaged, feels high quality, and looks like it is going to be easy to attach to the console. I wanted something for being able to give my switch a bit of travel protection in luggage, and on-the-go, so this will be perfect. I've always been happy with jsaux products, and this is no different.

Good protection, with improved ergonomics
Nice solid protection for the joy con 2's, with a nice contour that makes using the console handheld more comfortable. Don't cause any interference with docking, but do make it a little trickier to use the face buttons.Biggest issue, and the reason for losing a star, is that they are a little difficult to get off. This does mean they are less likely to come off by accident, but if you need to take them off for any reason, it's a bit fiddly.
