For a special treat in omeletes and stir frys adding an umami flavor that I love and the oil is good for drizzling on salads. Good flavor and great for the price I use these more than the fresh ones because they last longer.

They changed drastically the quality. I was once a customer and tried to buy it again. The most recent reviews already mention this but I liked it so much I tried to buy again. Just ended up in the trash. Not even the smell is decent anymore.
