I'v tried every form of B vitamins - complexes, chewables, liquids, methylated, chelated, hard pill, gel caps, you name it. This is by far the most consistent high-quality and quick delivery method for optimal B vitamin energy. It's expensive, but it's reliable quality. I've had other suppliers eventually dilute their chemistry but this one has remained stable with high potency, which is all I want. Measurement is built into the eyedropper, so it's a consistent measurement every time. The flavor is great for a B vitamin. I tend to hold under the tongue for a couple of minutes rather than the prescribed 30 seconds, so the flavor is obviously not a detractor. If you want the energy to take on the day, this is the one that does that. You won't be wondering if it works - you'll definitely feel it, and that's important. There's no placebo here.

It works! Doesn’t taste bad, 1ml under tongue is the easiest way to take it! Boom done! Might be much easier this way than pills if you don’t like taking pills. Just thought I would try something different. I would buy again!

This vitamin B12 sublingual supplement is a great value for the money. The taste is decent and not unbearable. In the morning before work, I just put a dropper full under my tongue until it’s absorbed and I know it’s going to help my mood & attempt to increase my tolerance for my workplace. It can help us neurodivergent peeps as well!
