Dry hair. Really helps to add volume once dry and finishing up with the styling.

I don’t notice a fragrance at all. But that’s different for each individual.. it’s a great product

Everyone says it is discontinued!! Boo hoo

Q: Does this have any holding power like regular hair spray or do you still need hair spray to "freeze" hair?

It does have holding power however my hair is very thick so I have to also use hair spray. My husbands hair is fine and thin, it works great alone for him.
