Good product
Very nice water dispenser its working very good ..cold water n hot water is very nice ...hot water is too hot ...fridge storage is good n cool ..go for it quality is good

Bad product and even worse warranty
DO NOT BUY this product. I bought it last year in July and in December it stopped working. It would not dispense hot or cold water. It has a one year warranty. I have been trying to claim the warranty for a month now. A technician was assigned to fix the dispenser but he did not show up. Every time I call customer service they raise a ticket and ask for three business days for a resolution. The resolution doesn’t come. Three tickets have been raised already. In fact they’re raising another ticket while I’m writing this review. I’m stuck with a non working product while it’s well within the warranty period. The product doesn’t work and AMAZON doesn’t honor its warranty.AVOID AMAZON BASICS.

Good water cooler
This is good ordered this as the price was less but the build quality and everything is good. I ordered 2 products and one received defective so changed it without any issues. It does the work as it is required to do

Worst product and no after sales service
The media could not be loaded. This product has 10 day replacement policy and it started leaking on 11th day so I could not replace but it has 1 year warranty but when I tried to raise a service request they said my location is not serviceableBut if it can be delivered on my location then why cannot be serviced and also I live in a tier 1 city.There is no point 1 year warranty when It can not be used

Highly disappointed by Amazon
Bad product.Suddenly water began to get hot in cold and normal water taps.When I try to reach Amazon customer service team to provide me a technician who can repair the appliance. They said they cannot provide any such assistance.No help from Amazon for their own product.Highly irresponsible. Never buy Amazon basics products.Brands like bluestar etc are reliable for after sales service.
