If your hose has good pressure and there is no debris, you might try spraying the moving joints with a bit of silicone.

If you are referring to the hose and sprinkler quick connects, yes. As far as parts for the sprinkler itself -I don't know. The sprinklers are very rugged and we've not had the need for any sprinkler 'parts'.
