This is a leav in conditioner, correct? should you use this product on a wet hair or dry hair?

Yes, it is a leave in conditioner. It can be used on wet or dry hair, but I prefer to use it on wet hair, right after washing my hair as it spreads more evenly and leaves my hair nicer.
