It works as it's supposed to.
The item came as expected very well packed and has it's own power supply. I thought I would have to buy one but nope one was it the box. A very fast shipper I would buy from them again.

Good pedal
Works well. Very low latency and less chorusing than other brands.

Zero Detectable Latency
Latency: I play in a few bands, one of which has played in multiple states. I am extremely sensitive to latency, like not being able to play guitar hero on certain TVs as a kid due to the very slight latency. This thing is an absolute God send though. I cannot detect any latency whatsoever even when I am REALLY listening for it. Everyone I have let play with it cannot believe how amazing this pedal is.Sound: The sound quality is great as it drops down. I think it starts to sound strange when you get to around 6 half steps but if you are using it to drop your guitar 6 half steps, then wtf kind of set list do you have lol. It truly sounds like you have thicker strings on when you drop down also. I can play a Metallica song then a Korn song right after and it sounds like I swapped to a low tuned 7 string with thick strings. This has drastically cut down how many guitars I need to bring to gigs. I just need a standard tuned guitar and a drop tuned guitar and I can play any song in the world in virtually any tuning. This thing is almost too good to be true. Not cheap, but if you have one very nice guitar it is a HELL of a lot cheaper than buying a 2nd nice guitar to swap to live. I could go on and on. This thing is seriously incredible. This pedal truly does what it says it does. Every pedal I've ever gotten has slightly disappointed me one way or another but not this one. It is perfect and I cannot imagine not having it.

Passive Only
I’ve used this pedal for a couple years now and use it live all the time. Recently, I discovered some unwanted noise in the mid range on the bass fretboard (around A string). Individual notes sounded like they were each cutting out for a microsecond when the Drop was engaged, and it was really noticeable. It did not do this when the Drop was off. I figured out the issue was a passive vs. active bass issue. My passive basses had no issues, my active basses had this issue. Just a note when you buy one. This thing has been rock solid otherwise with no impact on sound (in passive bass mode) and zero latency.

Drops without artifacts
Pedal sounds great! I don’t feel any latency when going into AmpliTube software when set to 128ms. At lower semitones, strings sound loose like if you tried to drop a guitar that low. Mid to higher semitones of course are less slack sounding. Works great for what I wanted it for; quickly dropping key for singers without changing fingering or tuning.

Great pedal for musicians!
The media could not be loaded. If you play lots of different tunings on guitar and don’t want to spend tons more money on guitars to change tunings consistently I would get this pedal. It’s octaves down half steps at a time for each notch going down a whole octave. You can use it as any other pedal whether it be toggle or you hold it with your foot. It comes with extra cables, power supply, and a few decent picks. 100% would recommend this to anyone

Great fun pedal
I use this pedal all the time, it works well. SUPER easy to use. I think it is fairly accurate and believable however the lower you go the more you're going to notice a shift in tone. Entirely usable mind you, but it is there. I don't feel any latency at all either.Side note: if you're playing at bedroom levels one thing that is weird, to no fault of the pedal, is you might hear the strings of your guitar as well as the amp sound. In this case you will hear TWO different notes. This might throw you off a bit. No big deal or anything, just be aware of it. At high volume not an issue at all.High suggest getting this pedal!

Excellent.
It works well and as advertised. The pedal could be cheaper (maybe 150 USD is a fair price outside of the bundle) and have more inputs for another guitar or bass. The cables are decent aswell but I only got 5 picks instead of 6.I would recommend the product.
