InBody Composition Meter, In-Body Dial H20B, Smartphone Linkage, App Compatible (Beige A)

スマートフォン連動できるし家庭用では最高峰だと思ってる。骨格筋量なの細かくわかるし。たぶん悩むポイントは値段なんだけど買うと他のには移れない。

他社の体組成計（3,000円くらい）を長年使用していましたが、体脂肪率27～29%（BMI＝21～22）で軽肥満の分類でした。また、５～６回に１回体脂肪率20%前後の数値がでて正確な値がわかりませんでした。そこで、精度がよいと評判のinbody社の体脂肪率計を購入することにしました。inbodyで体脂肪率を測定したところ数値のぶれはなく18～18.5%で安定しています。対照として皮下脂肪厚キャリパー法（ハサミのようなもので腹部等の皮下脂肪の厚みを測るもの）で測定したところ体脂肪率17％程度でinbodyに近い数値です。腹筋も軽く見えていることから写真判定でもinbody社の数値があっているような気がします。よってこれからはinbody社の数値を信用することにします。携帯にインストールした無料のアプリも使い勝手良好でお薦めです。

お届け予定日より早く届きました箱に入っていなくて緩衝材のプチプチだけで包んであったので置き配で届いていた時中身が透けて見えたのでビックリしましたまぁまぁ高価な物なので箱には入れて欲しいと思いました商品は傷もなくお安く手に入ったので満足です

正確です。ただスマホとの同期がしにくいように感じます。オムロンの様にに、勝手に同期とはなりませんから、注意してくださいね。

体重もぶれないし、アプリにグラフとして表れるので、良かったです！

なぜか正しく計測できず。メーカーにも問い合わせ、何度も試行錯誤しましたが、私の身体には合わないのか、正しい反応をしてくれない。結果、返品となりました。

While the scale is good and quick (around 5 secs), there are a few things that didnt make me 100% happy after I got it. It is true that the scale only lets you config one profile, but the way you use it is:Start it, start your mobile app, start the measurement from the app, ride it and thats it. The scale will autoconfigure for the person who connected, and the results upload inmediately to the app. This is good, I like it.Problem is, the other inbody products (fair to say, professional products) gives you a very good and detail report. This mobile app only gives you overall info, and not segmented parts of your body, which Im pretty sure it can measure and display. If the added that it would be great, as the main reason of having a scale like this at home is to have segmented data aswell. Luckily they have to only upgrade the mobile app, but Im not sure if they will do. Until then, you might probably preffer to buy a Tanita or Osrom scale to have that info.
