Therapy Step, 12" X 14" X 4" with Textured Safety Walk Tread

I am using the box to increase my muscles in my left leg. Currently, I have chosen to climb stairs only using my right leg. I believe the box will help me to get back in the capability of climbing stairs normally. I have used the same type of box when receiving physical therapy. It is strong and well made. It also has a non-slip surface on it. I have had this product for about a month.

Every step adds onto a new balance and better technique

Finally! I couldn't find a wooden bed step sturdy enough to guarantee I wouldn't put my foot through it, and this fills the need. Not as harsh looking as other therapy products, because of the solid wood.
