Flavored beans are full of chemicals. Best to use a plain natural bean and then add a safe flavored syrup or flavored milk product.

Hello! The french vanilla is a medium roast coffee. Ideally you want a darker roast for espresso. But, some people do use this as an espresso and love it. Also, some don't. It just depends on what your coffee palate is like :-)
