This product is bit misleading. They are extremely tough to get into your show. The height increase for me was only about an 1" at the most. And they are extremely hard to walk in. It does not sit well on your heal. If you do decide to walk in them for a long period of time, your feet will hate you

The main issue with this product is how uncomfortable it is. In addition, it has poor quality and it’s not meant for all shoe sizes. It’s a good idea but a terrible product. Don’t recommend it.
