It’s been around for years and kids have it for breakfast as well too. If I am running late and don’t have time to cook I grab myself a bowl and milk and eat some and I’m good for a while until lunchtime. The texture of it keeps in the milk for a while before it gets soft and it’s healthier than those sugary kind. Of course there is a variety of cereals out there and I’ve tried a bunch but I seem to choose this one as my favorite.

Another cereal I grew up on that I have not abandoned. Does not ned any sugar to add, just milk and eat. If Mikey likes it, so do I!
