There is a little hole on each side to attach a clip to.

Yes but these pacifiers rip easily. The ones my son didn’t bite through instantly, he ripped both the place where you can attach a clip and the nipple off

Q: How do I determine what size the pacifiers are? The packaging indicates nothing.

You hope to goodness you were the one to place the order so you can come back and see what size it was? The fact that the pacis and the packaging had no indication of size irritated me.
