以前は個包装を購入していましたが、こちらがあると知り購入。お値段もお得で本格的なお味が楽しめます。使い勝手が良くてまた購入すると思います。

塩辛いのでドライカレーには不向き。 通常のカレーには辛くて良い。

辛いの好きですが、自分にはちょっと辛すぎて、他の物いれて味を薄めて使いました。

業スーのホールトマト缶、冷凍カット玉ねぎ、冷凍乱切りナス、もも肉ぶつ切りを加え30分から１時間煮込んで、スプーンで辛さを見ながらレッドペーストを加えて、仕上げにナンプラーを加えて完成。 食べるときにレモン汁やパクチーで本格的なレッドカレーができます。

このペーストとココナッツミルク、ラー油などを加えてラーメンを作って食べてます。非常においしい。東南アジアの味を楽しんでます。

定量で調理すると、想像以上に辛い。インドカレー屋さんカレーを想像すると五倍辛い！ 量を少なくすると辛いけど、薄さを感じる。コクが無くなるのかな？ 辛い好きな人には良いのかもしれません。

I have to give the product 5 stars.m because the product is fine. But Holy moly is it spicy! I am used to the Thai kitchen red curry paste. I go through tiny jars like crazy when I make big batches of curry and they cost me a fortune at the grocery store. I thought I'd try to save some money buying this brand, but it is so much spicier! Flavor is great! But what good is flavor when my mouth is on fire and I can't taste anything? It's just not for me. If you can stand a medium to higher heat, this will suit you well. But I'm a mild girl. So Thai kitchen brand is better suited for me. Yes this would go farther because of how potent the spice is, but I love that full depth of flavor with less heat! I sautéed it for a few seconds in oil. Only a spoonful. I had to add two cans of coconut milk while trying to suit it to my taste and it was still too spicy. It was barely even pink. Too hot for me. I gave the rest to my father that eats raw red Thai chilies for fun! He'll love it! It's just not for a weakling like me! The 32oz tub of Thai kitchen brand is $23 compared to this $7 slightly smaller tub. But the cost difference doesn't matter in the end if I can't eat it. If you are used to Thai kitchen brand and like the nearly non existence of heat but tons of depth in flavor. Stick with that brand. If you want more heat, then this more authentic brand will be a delight! Especially for the price! I wish it worked for me! You can't beat the price for the size!

Faites rissoler de 1 cuillère à café (doux) à 2 cuillère à soupe (super hot) de cette pate dans un peu d'huile (le tournesol fait très bien l'affaire), ajoutez la moitié d'une briquette de lait de coco (10cl) pour bien diluer le tout, ajoutez votre poulet coupé en dés, faite les bien blanchir sur toutes ses faces (environ 4-5min), ajoutez le restant du lait de coco (10cl), [éventuellement 10cl d'eau si vous aimez le curry bien liquide (je m'en passe)], 3 à 4 cuillère à soupe de sucre, 2 cuillère à soupe de sauce poisson, et enfin ajoutez un trio de poivrons en lamelles surgelés (plus rapide). Et voilà, vous avez un curry thai de compétition réalisé en moins de 10 minutes chrono ! Je recommande chaudement

Fabulous curry paste .Quite hot ,but full of goodies.I don’t know why it’s not available everywhere.Stores well and for a long time and very easy to use .Makes a fabulous vegetarian curry.
