逆流生食道炎の為購入
最初柔らかいかなと思いましたが、付属の品で好きなよう調整できるし、今まで枕を高くしていても朝起きたら下にずれてしまって、症状の改善が難しいこともありましたが、こちらは自分のいい高さや角度で固定できる為ぐっすりと眠れました。ただ、位置を間違えると固定されて朝、手が痺れて起きることがあったのでいい位置を探る必要があると思います。場所をとりますが、満足しています。
