This is supposed be sold by approved sources (per the RX Vitamin website). You can get this through your vet or an approved seller, generally a site with a vet pharmacy or a vet that sells product on line.

since puppies have different nutritional needs than adult dogs, I would discuss this with your vet. If you are feeding a balanced commercial food good for puppies or all life stages, you really would not need to be adding this to the diet. If you are feeding a home prepared diet, then you will need to make sure you are feeding a diet that's properly balanced for a puppies nutritional needs. This product will not completely balance a diet. Consult with your vet or a vet nutritionist or use a product specifically designed to provide a complete and balanced home prepared diet suitable for puppies. (BalanceIT is one, but there are other products). Feeding apPoorly designed diets for puppies can have life long consequences.
