Q: Is this for all hair types?

No. I have fine hair, and it weighed it down heavily. I also needed to shampoo by the next day because it was so greasy.

Q: Does this contain protein?

I don't think it does, but you might look at the intense Kure Ameika mask it has all the oils and vitamins plus collagen

Q: What is the difference between the New Edition and the other size that appears identical? Two are listed, same size, both $28.00???

I am pretty sure they just did a rebranding.... I can’t tell any difference between the two!

Q: Could I leave in for an overnight treatment?

I have left it on my hair for many hours...wrap your hair in a towel or use a shower cap. I’ve not done the overnight treatment yet but it’s pretty mild so I don’t see why not :)
