Q: Do you need a uv light to dry?

I don’t know. The UV light is for the resin. These are dyes For the resin. I don’t imagine they dry unless they are left to sit out to dry.

Q: Can you use on plexiglass ??

I have done epoxy resin on glass, so I don't see why you can't do it on plexiglas. I sand the glass with 180 grit sandpaper and then clean it thoroughly with alcohol. You might try it on a small piece of plexiglas. I have found that for it to fully cure beyond hard to the touch it takes about a week. So I have to be careful not to set it where something might scratch it.
