Great product very clear audio and microphone the only downside is there is VERY short range that is to be expected though based off how small the receiver antenna is (think usb dongle like for a mouse). I love the charging case and wish there was a way to incorporate a larger antenna dongle into the case to give greater range if you are 10-15 feet away maximum and maintain line of sight to the pc you are fine. If you leave the room the signal disconnects. It does reconnect automatically. So if you are sitting at your desk and want cordless light weight clear audio and the ability to travel it’s for you. If you want range pick a base station with a powered antenna.

Do not buy this product. It is a cheap knock off version of a planetronics , go to planetronics actual website and buy a real genuine product. This hit set that I bought is trash horrible quality Disconnects, reconnects, battery life does not last 6 hours, 2. If you're lucky people complain, they can't hear me. I have to constantly reset the connection. This is not a genuine orienned, it's a cheaper knockoff of the same thing

Love this headset!!! Use it for work, last the full shift. Do charge it on Lunch to get the full 8 hours. Still a GREAT head st! Would hghly recommend them.

Love this headset/earpiece. It works very well with the programs I use at work. I can walk around my Dept without connection issues and lasts all day. I definitely recommend this headset/earpiece if you don't like wearing the standard headsets.
