Absolutely wonderful. I've tried many others mostly the cheaper ones and they never had the sound quality I was looking for. Paid the higher price for these and oh so glad I did. They are definitely worth it. 70% Def in left ear from no mastoid bone and hole in eardrum. These aid are perfect. Everything sounds so natural and clear. No more tinny sharp sounds. There is a little learning curve with the app to get them dialed in just the way you like em. But once you're happy with the sound just set it and forget it. I haven't been able to get them to connect for phone calls via Bluetooth on my Samsung galaxy s25 but it's probably my error. No big deal for me. I'm super satisfied. Can ya hear me now? Yes I can!

These work well for my husband. They work better than his way more expensive Miracle Ear Hearing Aids ever did. We can't get them to stop squealing, not all the time but sometimes.

My Lexie's are easy to use, comfortable and overall perfect for me. I wear them 12 hours a day and have had no problems with the battery. I just take them out and put them in the charger at bedtime. They were a wonderful purchase!!!

I am disappointed in the performance of these hearing aids. The background noise cancellation feature doesn't function, I have continuous problems hearing a person standing next to me in a public setting. I adjust the volume for each side, but it does not help. Cannot understand peoples voices clearly, my wife tells me to turn down the volume, because she can hear what is coming thru the hearing aid. I do not recommend these hearing aids.

The app connected OK for the initial setup. The aids seem to help with very little feedback, but the app disconnected and would not reconnect for at least 10 tries (even with the phone 2 inches away). The manual volume still works, but relying on a cell phone app. that does not connect is not good. Update: Sometimes, the app. will connect, but only on initial start-up with the aids within one inch of the phone. Then shortly after, one or both disconnect. The aids themselves seem to not have powerful enough Bluetooth. Otherwise, they work pretty well for me, so I added another star.

I wanted to share my thoughts. The things that I like are in order: (1) The ability to hook up with my phone. This feature really helps my ability to take & place phone calls even in loud places and hear very well. (2) The App is working a lot better than the old one did as well. This one connects very quickly and so far hasn't let me down (3) I believe the clarity of sound is better also. I am able to hear better without having to turn them up as much as the old pair. (4) The recharging batteries are also great. I wear them many days from 7AM - 9PM and I don't have to charge them in between. The only negatives for me are once in a while the left side doesn’t pick up on a call, and they don’t have a very long range away from the phone.

Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids Powered by Bose + Free 6-Month Lexie Club Subscription, comes with a hefty price tag. I’m not sure the price matches the product. The hearing aids have an all day battery which is nice, and pleasantly unexpected. The hearing aids lay behind the ear and the wire goes around the front of the ear into the ear canal. Nearly impossible to see. The hearing aids come with different size domes, for the ear canal, and also an attachment for a hearing test. The hearing test is inside the app, which I found a little frustrating to use. The app in general needs a makeover. The hearing aids, once properly turned on by holding a button for 5 seconds, have a nice sound when they aren’t screeching. It took a while to get to that point, but they are holding up.

It is an amazing and affordable hearing aid set! I was able to snag a pair on Amazon Prime day, thus saving $200. These are well worth the price (or the normal price)! I have a pair of Starkey AI Genesis that cost me over $4k and these Lexie B2 Plus are just as good. Customer service follows up to make sure you're satisfied. This is Great Experience and Great Value for hearing aids. Battery life is easily "all day" Ease of use is "well thought out" Functionality is "top of the line" Instructions are "easy to follow" In fact the User Manual is "Outstanding" (you should actually read it) The App that controls the hearing aids from iPhone is "Outstanding" (Well Done!) I am 77 and have a moderate hearing problem that needs fixing. I would recommend these to anyone!
