Q: It says lactose free, but also says contains milk ingredients. Which is it?

That is strange an unclear, and I can't be sure however if your child has issues with milk products and is lactose intolerant I wouldn't try it.. Or if you don't know test him with a bottle but don't buy the case..they come in 6 packs you can drink the rest..hope this helped.☺
