Q: Does it have different heat settings?

Since this is a travel version of the product, it only has an on/off switch. It will heat to a maximum of 420 degrees

Q: Is these like the EAP flat irons?

These flat irons had a manufacturer defect. The plates are too far apart from each other to get the desired look or even come close to your imagination. And the lock interferes with the press needed for the straightening. The original baby list works better the one inch half inch plate. I find this new design with the lock interferes with the plate pressure

Q: It says "travel" iron, so it's dual voltage? If not, why lie and call it "travel"?

Yes, all sizes of the BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Straightening Irons are dual voltage - meant for worldwide use. No lie ;-)

This is just a travel iron, there is no other iron that comes with it and it is dual voltage.
