It has no after taste

Works okay for me. It could work better for others but not a noticeable results compared to other supplements for mental health.

I will definitely order this again. I have been feeling better since taking this.

Could be just me but I really didn't feel any benefits from taking this. Easy to use but I'm not sure how effective it is. Giving 3 stars since this could just be a me thing

Tiny capsule which is easy to swallow. As for the effectiveness for mood and energy, I'm not quite certain of it. I haven't noticed any difference in either.
