Q: Should constant air be coming out when not depressing button? New to this!

No. If the button is not pressed, no air should be coming out. If you push it straight down, air will start to flow. As you pull the button back while pressing it down, paint will start to flow. If you are getting air when not pressing the button, something is wrong. Check the connection to the airbrush from your source. It may be leaking from that connection. You may need to use something to seal that connection.

Q: Will master air hose fit

I use a Master and a Harbor Freight hose and they both fit all of my Iwata brushes

Q: Is this a good air brush for fine details using acrylic paints ?
