When I tell you I literally have never did an Amazon review and I have used Amazon for about 10 years and never made a review but this one deserves it. I have short and straight eye lashes and I usually have to do lash lifts . I haven’t done one in about 4 weeks and this mascara does the same job without the lash lift, it’s amazing !!! And my lashes haven’t dropped.I recommend 10000% !

I like this mascara a lot; it doesn't clump or flake, and it comes off really easily. I don't think it curls my lashes without me curling them before applying, but it holds curl pretty well. The tube/packaging is really large, which can be annoying, but when holding it, it is quite ergonomic. It does run when your eyes water, because it isn't waterproof (I was chopping up a large onion and several shallots the first day I tested this mascara, my bad). The brush separates and coats lashes quite well, so overall, I really like this mascara and I will use it everyday!

The formula is heavy but if you start light and build it's amazing!!! The blackish brown color is a more natural tone and compliments my complexion (pale as a vampire) well! I get the hype...it's a great formula and a great application for the price point. One of the best drug store mascaras so far!

Was influenced to buy this product - what an immense waste of money. The mascara sticks to the wand in clumps, which then transfer to your lashes when you try t apply it. I had to wipe the wand on a tissues to remove the excess product, which means I'm wasting half of it. If I could give zero stars I would.Full disclosure, I also tried the viral essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara and had the same result. I suspect it's what I get for buying from Amazon instead of a drugstore or Sephora - who knows how long it's been sitting in a warehouse.

Maybelline The Colossal Bubble Washable Mascara is a brownish black mascara in a tube that holds 0.33 fluid ounces with an inflator comb brush. The manufacturer advertised this mascara as a "buildable inflated volume." The brush helped lift and coat each lash but there was a whisper of clumping and when I attempted to add more volume and added an extra coat it looked noticeably clumpy in sections. I'm not sure if this was just a bad batch of mascara or if this is the actual formula of the mascara. It had a long wear time and I did not experience any smudging or flaking. When it was time to take off at the end of the day, it washed off easily with my choice of either makeup removing towelette, cotton pad with eye makeup remover, and even with my favorite face wash. It is Made in the USA with US and imported ingredients. Overall, one coat of mascara was the only way that I was able to avoid noticeable clumps in sections of my lashes. If you want more emphasis for your lashes, sadly, I don't think this mascara is able to accomplish this without including distinct clumping.

I don’t wear a lot of mascara, but my eyelashes are light in color, so I will occasionally use it if I’m going out for an event. The brownish-black is a more natural color for me than black would be. My main complaint is that most mascaras seem to flake almost immediately, so I end up with a lot of dark flecks under my eyes and on my eyeglasses (and probably in my eyes) by the end of the night. This one flakes too, although maybe a little less than others I have tried. I guess the little pieces are what lengthen the lashes, but a perfect mascara for me would be one that doesn’t flake off at all.I’m puzzled by the description of a “bubble-like look and feel” and don’t see anything in the product page photos that matches my expectations based on that description. The mascara applies the same as others I have tried, including others by Maybelline. There was very little clumping when I brushed it on, although if you reapply it to build your lashes up more than I would, it might become a problem. With the mascara on, my lashes felt stiff and were more visible, giving them a longer look, but nothing wide or “inflated” and nothing more than any other mascara. I was able to remove it easily with a water-based face wash and makeup remover.

I'm an occasional mascara wearer with very little time in the morning so I need something that goes on quick without a fuss. This mascara fits the bill. I can get pretty dramatic lashes with just a few swipes and if I have a little extra time, I can build them up even more. I also have sensitive eyes (which is why I don't wear mascara often) but this formula irritates me way less than others. Easy on, easy off. Decent mascara at a affordable price.

I really like this mascara! I tried another type of mascara by Maybelline but this one is by far my favorite! It stays on well, does a great job lengthening my lashes and I am not seeing a lot of flaking. After I wash it off, it comes right off so I don't have the raccoon eyes sometimes you can get after trying to remove mascara.I have been using this for a while now and I really like it! This one it worth looking at and trying in my opinion.
