Q: Did this per instructions, connected wires correctly, used fresh batteries. Turned on motor and nothing happened. Why?

Not sure. I would try connecting just the motor to the battery by itself, see if it turns.. if no, the motor or battery are the problem, if yes the apparatus is the problem, and go from there.

Q: Where can I get instructions for installing the motor ?

Hi - You can find how to install your motor kit from the directions included in the packaging. If you do not have that please contact customer service at playmonter@playmonter.com. We would be happy to send you them.

Q: Will this work with a Robotime tower coaster

It won't fit. You would neat quite a bit of tweaking to make it work
