Eastman Outdoors Jerky Cure & Seasoning for Beef and Wild Game - 5 Lbs

I bought the Hickory and I made ground beef jerky using the measurements on the package. I would use more seasoning than called for next time. The mixed meat smelled flavorful, but the dried product barely has any flavor. I would buy this again tho... and use the whole package for 2.5 pounds of meat instead of 5.

I tried this out on some venison meat and it came out excellent! It is for 5 Lbs. but it has instructions for 1 Lb. so you can scale it to your needs. I made 2 Lbs. and it came out excellent!

I would err on the side of lesser meat for what is recommended. Mine spoiled quickly and didn’t have much taste when used with a larger quantity of meat, which was an option, because I’ve had salty ones nefore.

It didnt do anything BAD to the meat, but I cant say it did anything good either. I would say High Mountain would be the better brand to go with here... Just not a whole lot as far as flavor goes with this stuff. It's not like it ruined the meat or anything so I'll go 3 stars, but it really made the venison jerky come out tasting like, well venison jerky. The Whiskey Pepper flavor as scarce if not non-existent.

I use this product for my deer jerky it works very good I’ve used it for about eight years there are a lot of seasonings out here But I love this one

This stuff is awesome ! I've used it on antelope bbeef and deer delicious!
