A GODSEND FOR SOLID POOPS!
We rescued two Maltese Amish puppy mill dogs in December and their poops were ALL over the place. At first we thought that they had soft watery poops cause they were nervous, but even after 3 months they never got better. We tried avoiding chicken and that didn’t help. After numerous fecal tests and bloodwork, even a TAMU GI panel , everything kept coming back normal but their poops were not. I read about colostrum and decided to try goat colostrum because goat milk is the best for sensitive tummies. I would sprinkle 1/16 of a tsp (0.2 grams) of this powder on their kibble and voila… solid poops!!! We have been giving them this colostrum for the past 6 weeks and have had solid poops every. Single. Time.Customer service was great at giving me nutritional values as well as caloric information. A little bit goes a long way we are only halfway through our first 60 gram container but I am ordering another one. I love that it doesn’t have any other additives as other colostrum products have. please don’t stop making this product! Thank you soooo much !

Colostrum is so full of nutrients!
I chose Special Breed Goat Colostrum because I raise rabbits and occasionally I have kits needing supplemental feedings; or I am actually bottle raising them. I make the kits "milk solution" from goats milk, raw egg yolk, a bit of syrup, probiotics and I wanted to add colostrum to the blend. Special Breed Goat Colostrum is full of those nutrients that a baby rabbit needs, to kickstart their immune system. Generally, kits with colostrum are stronger and do better. Special Breed Colostrum uses quality ingredients. This colostrum will also work with Finn , the Dalmatian ,when his allergies kick in.Statement/Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products in exchange for honest reviews. "missing link" for my dog's immune support
100% goat colostrum made in the USA (although sourced internationally). What I like: no fillers, no added dyes, no preservatives etc.The jar comes with a tiny scoop (to fit in the jar), and since I need 3 scoops for my dog, I figured out the right amount for a single measuring spoon. 150 of the tiny scoop servings per jar, so this should last almost 2 months for a her size.I have noticed my dog's coat is thick and shiny, whereas usually as she sheds her winter coat, it seems dull and sparse. I also have the same company's beef colostrum, but I like to offer my pup some variety in protein sources. Even though she is almost 100% raw-fed, this addition of colostrum offers what I call the 'missing link' for optimal nutrition :-)

Nothing beats colostrum for immune support, and this Goat colostrum is no exception.
I have been using colostrum derived from bovine milk for quite some time now to keep my pets healthy, including from this manufacturer. This is just as high quality as the bovine supplement, pure and well made, with a fine powder and no clumping. This is made from goat milk however, and should be even more beneficial, so I wanted to try it out for comparison. The debit amount is smaller for the goat version than it is for the bovine version, and I would guess that is due to the goat colostrum being more concentrated. My pets seem to notice no difference between the two, and this is eaten by them as readily as the bovine version. Colostrum is essentially powdered mother's milk taken from the first feeding of a newborn calf, or in this case, kid. This milk has the highest concentration of immune defense properties and nutrition of is possible to get, and it works really well for animals with poor appetites, allergy or immune problems, digestive issues, nutrition absorption and so much more. I have found it to be an absolute magic wand for asking, sick, elderly, and recovering pets, and I won't be without it in my collection of natural animal remedies. This price is an absolute steal, and I can't recommend this highly enough.

Such a small amount. It was listed by grams, not ounces so size is misleading
So small! Only a couple ounces. Can’t see any difference in my dog and because he’s 85 pounds and requires 8 scoops, it’s definitely not cost effective.

Dogs will lick this off their meal first! Tasty with a slight sweet cream smell.
Great product for my dogs. I have geriatric dogs to young dogs. Their coats are shiny, nails are growing too fast, and I like the fact that it is made from easy-to-digest goat colostrum.
