Substantial crackers.
I like these crackers as I am able to have spelt flour as an ingredient on my 800 cal diabetic diet I am following. I usually have half at a time as the calorific value per cracker is 113 and I have to fit in some protein and salad or fruit within my 200 cal lunch. They are harder than other crackers but I do not have any trouble eating them and I have a few crowns. I feel as if I have had something substantial even with just half a cracker. My favourite is the emmental cheese and pumpkin seed variety that Dr Karg makes but these are nice as well.
