Super easy to install so far everything works great. Definitely bigger than I thought it was gonna be even though I measured it., only complaint so far as it has a distinct brand new factory smell not the most pleasant but I looked it up apparently it’s from the manufacturing process and it’ll air out so just make sure you air it out after you install it leave a window open or something.

The Kayle 120" motorized projector screen is a solid product for the price. The picture quality is excellent, the motor runs smoothly, and the screen material looks clean and professional once installed. It really upgrades a home theater setup without breaking the bank. That said, the included mounting hardware is not strong enough to support the weight of the screen when mounted to the ceiling. In my case, the hardware stripped out, and the screen came down. Fortunately, Amazon resolved the situation, but it’s worth noting that you should plan to use stronger hardware than what’s provided. Huge, easy to install and provides an excellent picture. The motor worked well and performed faster than I anticipated so that is a plus. It has lasted outside, through rain, ice and snow and still works as advertised one full season later.

After installed the projector screen and press the remote controller the screen dropped down the motor makes noise and the screen won't goes up when press the up key on the controller, the motor stucked the screen fully retracked I can't do anything, I have to rolled the screen around the housing and return it to get full refund. I believed must be a bad motor.

Screen works well. It’s also compatible with Bond hub for ceiling fans and blinds, so I was able to add it as a motorized blind to my echo, which makes it voice controlled.

So weak

This screen is quite good in itself, but... it's defective, and the seller isn't answering. The screen is a bit teard of on the lower left end, which isn't a problem. It's fixable, and I didn't even report it. But it also has fixed lines that are clearly visible on the screen... (yes, it's the screen, not the projector, I've tested it all ways possible). My request was quite reasonable, asking if there was any solution to remove the lines/clean the screen, but... no answer. So, in the end, it's a very expensive screen that I'll use until I can find another one. Sad.
