Works fine
Phone works fine but you need to see if it comes with either a power supply or POE adapter. Mine had neither but I had the power supply from my old phone.

Losing Power
Fellow reviewer -All you need is to run these off a POE switch and centrally locate a UPS battery backup.There are much better IP/VoIP phone options out there though than a proprietary IP system. See 3CX for example.
