Works awesome with Alexa, it’s really nice being able to easily set schedules and change the temperature with your voice. The install was easy for what it was, took about 15 minutes. Using the app was easy too and connecting to Wi-Fi was easy. Great value for price and what its capabilities are. I should have bought one of these a long time ago!

Installed this Ecobee after replacing a faulty control board in my Carrier WeatherMaker 8000 furnace, and it works flawlessly. Setup was quick and intuitive using the app. You’ll need a **C wire** or Ecobee’s included PEK kit—easy to confirm with a quick look at your wiring. The thermostat looks great, the touchscreen is clear, and the app is simple to use. Supports **Time-of-Use (TOU)** plans, remote control, and room sensors for better comfort control. Accurate, reliable, and well worth the upgrade. **Highly recommended.**

I have been using the ecobee smart thermostats for maybe 8 years now. I find them to be very reliable and I really like the optional extra remote sensor that you can place in different rooms. Using them seem to get an more average temperature from around your house instead of just on the thermostat itself. Anyway, I have installed them in a few friends house and they are very handy when you are away from home and can adjust them with your smartphone. This particular one, I ordered for my friends winter home so that they can monitor and control the thermostat remotely throughout the year when they are away. I like the fact that it integrates nicely with Amazon Echo and you are able to control the thermostat via voice. Which is nice when you are a tad bit warm or cold and you want to adjust the thermostat a without getting out of bed in the middle of night. I use Amazon Echo to ask what the temperature on the thermostat is or what the thermostat is set to. This is definitely worth upgrading your home with a smart thermostat. I have had other smart thermostats but none of them have lasted as long as my Ecobee's.

I bought this thermostat to replace my Nest that Google removed remote support on. I did not want another Nest for Google to collect data from. This would be my 2nd choice and I found the usage to be also second best. This thermostat is in my weekend lake house. Since I am often away I need to manage the temperature remotely. I found the app to manage the away status hard to find. I have to go 4 clicks to get to the setting. I was used to it being on the home page. I have also found that the sensor for automatically changing to away does not work. For the positives it was very easy to install and worked well with my system. The touch screen is also easier to see the temperature.

We bought this thermostat because we moved into a two-story house and I wanted to be able to control the temperature from the upstairs bedroom. Our thermostat controller is located downstairs. This works perfectly. While I am upstairs, I can control the temperature using my smart phone and it is so easy to use. Installation was not difficult. This is a quality product, I love the look of it, it's sleek and modern and It is well-made with a good price point, and I highly recommend it.
