Seems to work
Seems to be working in right direction. Find out next Dr appointment. Legs seem to improve and not as tired In early evening. I take it mid morning with orange juice and later around supper with vegitible juices (the green one)

Easy to swallow.
I've only been using the product for 1 week but I hope it works well as an iron substitute.

Beware if sensitive to b-12 and acne-prone
This supplement works very well and very quickly (fatigue dissipated within a few weeks), but beware if you’re sensitive to b-12. This supplement contains a very high amount of b-12, which can cause acne. I’m still dealing with breakouts months after discontinuing.

Very satisfied with this product, I've been using for sometime. I donate blood on a regular basis. And sometimes my iron levels have been on the low side for a male to donate blood. And since I've been using this product, my iron are mid-range now.
