Happy I ordered
I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package. UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there. Update #2: It’s been 3 months now 1/10/26 and I still love it. I even got my mom to trade her Fitbit for one and she loves it. Maybe I got lucky but I haven’t really noticed a difference in my battery levels, even with the ring tracking more and more things 24/7. The only thing I do is not let it get to 0% it’s not really great for any battery to my knowledge. I’ve done multiple updates for the ring and app, no issues. I’ve only enjoyed the new features. Tracking still works, workouts are still detected and everything. Also, I hardly take it off and it’s less scratched than I thought honestly, and I’m not careful. Overall, still 5 stars, still happy I ordered, still loving it.

Perfect ring and perfect price and no subscription!!!
First, make sure you purchase the ring size kit. Its like a $1.97 and when your done you can return it. I did a lot of research on smart rings and this one and its sister ring came out to be the best option for price and functionality. And the best part is you don't need a subscription!!! It was easy to set up with the app. I have apple products, and it is fully compatible with iPhone and apple health. The ring is lasting about 9-10 days on a full charge and it will notify you on phone when its time to charge. The product is also durable based on my use. It does scratch (on the bottom more but that's expected) I am also rough on it. I also keep it on while in the pool and ocean with no issues as its waterproof. I love that it tracks activity and best of all the sleep tracking. I hate wearing my ultra watch3 to bed so this is perfect. And it looks like its accurate with the data. I couldn't be happier, I will buy another if and when this one kicks the can or they update the current version.

No subscription. Great form. Friendly app.
Disclosure: This is my first smart ring. I am a triathlete. I have had other Fitbits and $500+ Garmin watches that track my sleep and daily activities and exercises. Therefore, this review I will be somewhat comparing with the Fitbit and Garmin devices. I have done lots of research on smart rings before buying this one. I like the style of it that I can wear it as a promise ring for my fiancé. The best thing is that it is subscription-free. Fit: I bought the RingConn’s ring kit to try first. I aim to wear it on my left ring finger and I was between a size 8 and 9. It was a tough choice but I went with size 8 (after returning the size 9 because it was too loose). In the colder days I can remove the ring with some twisting and turning. But in warmer days, my finger swells, so I usually rinse my hand under cold water, apply some body wash/soap, and it can easily be removed. If I had gone for size 9, it would have been loose for me. Also, don’t trust the sizing kit completely. I had to return the real ring size 9 even though the sample ring size 9 fitted me great. I ended up with size 8. Form: I like it that the diameter is not too wide. It looks like a wedding band but slightly wider. I got the silver one and it looks great. Heart rate monitoring: the ring takes your HR once every 5 minutes. It gives you a HR range for that 5 minute (e.g. 51~55 bps). SpO2: it takes it once every 30 minutes. It gives you a range (e.g. 95~96%). Heart rate variability (HRV): it takes every 30min. It gives you a wide range (e.g. 30~50ms). Skin temperature: looks okay to me. It gives me a temp every night. Respiratory rate (bpm): it just gives you an average range without a graph to deep dive. All-day stress index: it gives you a number every 30 minutes, for the entire day. It gives you a score throughout the day. Sleep: (1) the total time asleep for the past 7 days has been slightly off. The ring is about 50/50 chance it knows when I start sleeping. Waking up seems accurate though. (2) The sleep stages: it gives me how many minute I was awake, in REM, having light sleep, and in deep sleep. I can’t say the accuracy of it but comparing to my garmin and fitbit, the range is a bit off. Garmin says I have 3hr8m of REM while RingConn says I have 1hr42m. Garmin says I had 1hr1m Deep sleep while RingConnsays I had 1hr55m. Garmin says I had 4h23m Light sleep while RingConn says I had 4h48m. And Garmin says I was awake for 3min while RingConn says 5min. Steps: it tracks steps pretty accurately. Compared to my Garmin, out of 10k steps, the difference is maybe 200-400 steps. Same goes with running. Sports: the steps and heart rate actually pretty decent for running. If you are more into accurate with heart rate during exercising, go with Garmin heart rate straps. For cycling, forget about it; the ring tracks the heart rate very poorly and it doesn’t track steps because you are cycling. I don’t even want to try pool swimming. Overall, I will most likely continue to wear it daily. The app has lots of data and graph to go through. For the price, I am not expecting it to be as good as garmin but I think it does a great job with room to improve. I have showered with it, hand wash with it, and I accidentally dropped it from my waist level. It is still working fine. The battery does run for at least 7 days and more with one charge. I didn’t need the sleep apnea detection. As mentioned, they have room to improve. Don’t expect it will do everything perfectly. That’s why this is the Gen 2.

RingConn beats the bigger brands!
The sleep tracking on the RingConn is my preferred feature. Being able to see the amount of times you wake up in the middle of the night and percentages of sleep stages such as light, deep, and REM is insightful. I’m not sure how accurate the step count seems to be, it always reads more than what seems realistic. If you are looking for a product specifically to track steps, this may not be the way to go. However the health features such as blood oxygen level and heart rate are functional. Durable enough that everyday wear, even with working with my hands every day, has only left some scratching on the inside of the band. Looks a bit bulky on smaller fingers, but its functionality beats the aesthetic. I love mine, and so did my fiancé, so he needed one too! And most importantly, NO EXTRA SUBSCRIPTIONS!!

I have had my RingConn Gen 2 Air for a month now and I absolutely love it. I ordered the sizing kit prior to placing my order for the actual ring. Sizing kit rings are true to size. Honestly, the ring looks and feels high quality. I am able to wear my ring 24/7 no complaints. The battery lasts about 9 days and the data is fairly accurate! Connecting to my phone is very easy. The ring gives you great feedback on your data and sends your phone reminders if you are stationary for too long or if there is an abnormality noticed. So far 10/10! I recommend it to my friends and family. Only thing to note is the ring can scratch. If you take care of the ring, the scratches are minimal.

I’m usually a ring size 7. But it was too small had to return - I’d recommend getting 1 size bigger, the ring is comfortable, light and looks good on. The app is very good. It’s not gold - more of a rose gold/bronze colour
